Rhythmic Stay Exploring Sufi Dance

December 9th to 10th, 2023: Explore the nature of St-Ursanne through dance

On the program:

Come take a tour. Live a unique experience: an afternoon of initiation into Sufi meditative dance. You will be guided through simple body exercises, breathing, and centering techniques to find your alignment. The afternoon will end with a visit to the Collegiate Church and its cloister to feel the energy of the place. This time of year is conducive to introspection and meditation. This 4-hour immersion is guided by Corinne Perrot, a dance therapist and holistic therapist.

Upon returning to the hotel, enjoy an overnight stay in a superior room and breakfast the next morning.
